1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or accessing the Prompts mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. Intellectual Property & Usage License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial discovery and creation of generative AI prompts.
- You may freely copy, adapt, and use AI prompts retrieved from the App in generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Gemini, or DALL-E) to produce original output.
- You may not scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, or bulk-redistribute the App's catalog database for commercial resale without our prior written consent.
3. Advertisements & In-App Rewards
The App incorporates third-party advertisements served via Google AdMob. Certain premium prompts may require viewing rewarded video advertisements to temporarily unlock access during your active app session. Watching advertisements does not grant permanent ownership or exclusive rights over any prompt content.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the App to engage in unlawful activities, transmit malicious code, interfere with server infrastructure, or attempt to bypass ad-serving policies or rate limits.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP AND ALL PROMPT CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT GENERATIVE AI PLATFORMS WILL PRODUCE EXACT REPRODUCTIONS OF SAMPLE PREVIEW IMAGES.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PROMPTS, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNATIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
