Welcome to Prompts ("we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to respecting your privacy and protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and handle information when you use our mobile application (the "App").
2. Information Collection & Usage
Our App is designed to allow instant discovery and copying of AI prompts without forcing user registration or login. We do not require you to create an account or provide personal information such as your real name, email address, or phone number to access our prompt catalog.
3. Third-Party Analytics, Advertising & In-App Purchase Services
To operate our App, provide customer support, and offer optional premium upgrades, we integrate compliant third-party software development kits (SDKs):
- Google AdMob (Google LLC): We use Google AdMob to serve banner, interstitial, app open, and rewarded ads to free users. AdMob may collect and process pseudonymous identifiers, device IDFA/AAID, IP addresses, and interaction metrics to deliver non-intrusive advertisements in accordance with Google's Advertising Policies. Subscribing to Prompts Pro suppresses all advertising.
- Firebase Analytics (Google LLC): We collect aggregated, non-personally identifiable usage statistics (such as screen views, category filter events, and prompt copy counts) to diagnose crashes and optimize application performance.
- RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.): We use RevenueCat to facilitate in-app purchase validation, receipt verification, and entitlement tracking for Prompts Pro. RevenueCat processes anonymous app user identifiers, store purchase tokens, transaction dates, and product IDs. RevenueCat does not receive personal billing information.
4. In-App Purchases & Financial Information
All in-app purchases and subscription transactions are processed directly by Apple (via the App Store) or Google (via Google Play). We do not collect, process, transmit, or store your credit card numbers, debit card details, bank account information, or billing address. All financial transactions are subject to Apple's Privacy Policy or Google's Privacy Policy respectively.
5. Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
On iOS devices running iOS 14.5 or later, our App requests user consent via Apple's native App Tracking Transparency framework before accessing device identifiers for personalized advertising. You can accept or deny this request at any time. If you deny consent, ads will still be displayed, but they will be non-personalized. PRO subscribers experience a 100% ad-free experience.
6. Local Data Storage
Your saved favorite prompts, recently viewed history, theme preferences, and prompt unlock states are stored locally on your physical device using secure key-value storage. This data remains under your direct control and is cleared automatically if you delete or uninstall the App.
7. Children's Privacy
Our App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal data, we will immediately take steps to remove such information.
8. Security
We implement industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
