1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or accessing the Prompts mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. Intellectual Property & Usage License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial discovery and creation of generative AI prompts.
- You may freely copy, adapt, and use AI prompts retrieved from the App in generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Gemini, or DALL-E) to produce original output.
- You may not scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, or bulk-redistribute the App's catalog database for commercial resale without our prior written consent.
3. Advertisements & Free Access
The free version of the App incorporates third-party advertisements served via Google AdMob. Free users may view rewarded video advertisements to temporarily unlock access to individual prompts during an active session. Watching advertisements does not grant permanent ownership or subscription rights over any prompt content.
4. Prompts Pro: In-App Purchases & Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
We offer optional premium tiers ("Prompts Pro") through In-App Purchases, including auto-renewable subscriptions (Monthly or Annual/Yearly) and one-time purchases (Lifetime VIP Pass):
- Billing & Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account (for iOS users) or Google Play Account (for Android users) upon confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
- Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the selected plan rate.
- Subscription Management & Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time:
- iOS: Go to your device Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions.
- Android: Open the Google Play Store > Profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Lifetime VIP Pass: A Lifetime purchase is charged as a single one-time payment and provides perpetual access to Prompts Pro without recurring charges.
- Restoring Purchases: If you reinstall the App, switch devices, or need to reactivate your purchase, you can use the "Restore Purchases" button in the App's Settings or Paywall to restore your access without paying again.
- Refunds: All purchases and refunds are processed exclusively by Apple or Google under their respective store terms. For iOS purchases, please submit a refund request directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. For Android, request refunds via Google Play support.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the App to engage in unlawful activities, transmit malicious code, interfere with server infrastructure, or attempt to bypass ad-serving policies, in-app purchase validation, or rate limits.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP AND ALL PROMPT CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT GENERATIVE AI PLATFORMS WILL PRODUCE EXACT REPRODUCTIONS OF SAMPLE PREVIEW IMAGES.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PROMPTS, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNATIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
